Cannibal Holocaust XT Limited Statue
!! WARNING CONTAINS GRAPHIC IMAGES!!
The Movie:
One of the most notorious entries in the Italian Cannibal Movies sub-genre. Cannibal Holocaust was a film radically ahead of its time in terms of violence and technique. Since being released, it has gone on to become simultaneously one of the most hated and sought after films in the world.
Shot with a 'found footage' sense of documentary realism, it is best viewed as a sort of snuff film, giving the viewer a claustrophobic sense of entrapment
amongst a tribe of people who feast on still warm flesh and violate orifices with stone dildos and jagged sticks.
Cannibal Holocaust has faced censorship issues in many countries around the world, most notably in the UK. In 1983, the D.P.P, compiled a list of 74 video releases that were not brought before the BBFC for certification, and declared them prosecution worthy, based on obscenity. This list of Video Nasties included Cannibal Holocaust, which was successfully prosecuted and banned. The film was also banned in Australia, Norway, Finland, New Zealand and several other countries in 1984, although most of these countries have since lifted the ban.

This edition from XT video is limited to 500 sets, each set comes with a
